A common question about airsoft sniper rifles is this: which is better? The spring powered sniper rifles or the gas powered ones? Basically it is a matter of how much you want to spend for the most part.
Generally the gas powered airsoft sniper rifles cost a bit more than the spring powered snipers; also, on top of that, you have to keep purchasing gas for the gas powered rifles. However, there are a few good benefits to the gas airsoft sniper rifles VS the spring powered ones.
Gas powered sniper rifles usually shoot about 50 FPS or so faster than the spring powered sniper airsoft rifles. Also, they are MUCH easier to cock than the spring powered ones, since there is no heavy spring to cock back!
